Geno Italy srl office is etablished
Geno Italy srl was officially opened during the Cremona show outside Milan in the period of 22-25 of October. Geno Italy is a subsidiary company of Geno, and the first office established outside Norway.
Managing director Diego Galli and sales manager Franco Anelli of Geno Italy were accompanied by representatives from the Geno group in Norway at the Cremona show last week to celebrate the establishment of the first international Geno office. Asbjørn Helland, president of the board of directors of Geno, and Tor Arne Sletmoen, Managing Director of Geno Global, were very happy to be a part of this historic event.
The Norwegian dairy farmer Gunhild Liva Foldal also joined at the Cremona show. She is the breeder of Haugset, a popular NRF bull in the Italian market with very good traits for milk and fertility. His daughters also have very good temperament. Gunhild speaks Italian fluently, and she had some good discussions with Italian dairy farmers.
Geno Italy will promote and sell Norwegian Red (NRF) in a crossbreeding program to Italian farmers.
