Germany is one of the successful markets for TwoPluss crossbreeding. The owners of the company, Helmut and Renate Otten, have engaged sales people to cower most of Germany.
In June they all came to Norway to get more familiar with the NRF breed and Geno. They visited Geno’s facilities as well as seven NRF herds, many of them with a milk yield of around 10.000 kg. Their comments were that the NRF breed combines high milk yield, good udders and functional traits.
They stayed here during the very warm days at the end of June, and together with their families they also enjoied some of the turistic parts of Norway.
Helmut and Renate Otten with sales people and families had a warm stay in Norway in June.
Werner Beck, sales representative in Eastern and South Germany, together with Kåre Thorset at his hillfarm 1000 m above sea level. Kåre Thorset’s herd has for many years had an average of 10.000 kg.
